Warm, reflective counselling for adults carrying grief, overwhelm, burnout and change.
You may be feeling lost, emotionally overloaded, or unsure how to keep carrying everything on your own. I offer one-to-one counselling for adults in Exeter, Exmouth and online, with a trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming approach.
You don’t have to carry it alone
There are times in life when everything can start to feel heavy. You may be carrying grief, stress, workplace pressure, burnout, or a sense that life has changed and you are struggling to find your footing. Perhaps you are used to coping on the outside while feeling overwhelmed underneath. Counselling can offer a space to pause, make sense of what you are carrying, and feel less alone with it.
How I Can Help
I support adults experiencing grief, overwhelm, burnout and change, offering a warm, reflective space to explore what they are carrying.
Support with bereavement and other forms of loss, including changes in relationships, identity or life circumstances.
Grief and loss
A space to explore stress, responsibility, burnout, and the impact of holding it all together for too long.
Workplace pressure and self-loss
For times when life feels emotionally overloaded, exhausting, or difficult to keep carrying in the way you usually do.
Overwhelm and burnout
A thoughtful, affirming space for exploring neurodivergence, self-understanding and the impact of feeling different or misunderstood.
Neurodiversity-affirming
Support through periods of uncertainty, change, or feeling lost in who you are or where life is taking you.
Life transitions and change
How I work
I am an integrative humanistic counsellor, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches depending on your needs. At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship. I believe that feeling safe, heard and understood is often the starting point for meaningful change.
My approach is warm, thoughtful and non-judgemental. I offer a space where you can explore what has brought you to counselling at your own pace, with care, curiosity and compassion. My work is trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming, and I aim to support you in making sense of your experiences, developing greater self-understanding, and finding a way forward that feels right for you.
