Warm, reflective counselling for adults carrying grief, overwhelm, burnout and change.
There are times when everything starts to feel too heavy to carry alone. You may be grieving, burned out, struggling with change, or simply worn down by holding it all together. Counselling offers a space to pause, make sense of what you're experiencing, and feel less alone with it.
I offer one-to-one in person sessions in Exeter and Exmouth. I also offer walk and talk and online options. All with a trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming approach.
How I Can Help
I support adults experiencing grief, overwhelm, burnout and change, offering a warm, reflective space to explore what they are carrying.
Support with bereavement and other forms of loss, including changes in relationships, identity or life circumstances.

How I work
I am an integrative humanistic counsellor, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches depending on your needs. At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship. I believe that feeling safe, heard and understood is often the starting point for meaningful change.
My approach is warm, thoughtful and non-judgemental. I offer a space where you can explore what has brought you to counselling at your own pace, with care, curiosity and compassion. My work is trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming, and I aim to support you in making sense of your experiences, developing greater self-understanding, and building a relationship in which real change becomes possible.
